Some reviews say it's too sweet but I disagree. I am on a keto diet mixed with 16:8 intermittent fasting. The macros in this shake are perfect. Much better than many other options and it's filling. I drank one and did not start feeling hungry until about 6.5 hours later. The only downside is the price.
